I have completed your reset procedure every day for the last 2 weeks to no avail. This did happen once before during engineering works on the crystal palaceantenna and the reset process sorted the problem out.
Am not happy watching the entire 6nations with no hd... Why does this keep happening? A little bird tells me a subscription fee to he is coming... If this is the case then the misrepresentation clause from the sale of goods act will almost certainly apply. 'freeview HDTV' with no free hd tv to view .... Get out of that one! :p

Freeview HD channels have disappeared from EPG completely.
