Had a look at the I dont have any other devices connected. I'll try to get my head around the technical jargon but sound like I just need to wait until September.

Is there a reason why I can get ITV4 and Film4 on my Digital Freeview TV but not on my receently acquired Freeview +HD HDD recorder? Both are panasonic. I assume loft ariel is ok since all channels are fine on TV (and others in the house). Is it because the recorders tuner is 'different' to that of the TV and will it come good once the switchover has occurred? I could actually get these two channels in May but numerous retunes etc have not brought them back. Thanks.
