Hi Dave, what should she do. the SDN Channels vanished on the 4/7/13 and haven't returned.

Sorry Dave my mums postcode is HU7 4NY and her ariel is on the roof. Mine is HU7 4RB,ariel on the roof yet mine is working great. Thanks

Tried a manual retune of UHF 30 but the signal is switching between none and poor so can't tune on this uhf.

My mum has recently lost her sdn multiplex on freeview (ITV 3 , 5 USA, 5* etc).Tried resetting the box and retuning but to no avail. I have freeview and live just across the road from my mum and mine is working fine,any ideas why?
