Expecting 4G interference? Tests now show that you have a one Saturday 3 August 2013 7:53AM

Susan- Your Mum's postcode suggests she is using either Hannington or Oxford Transmitter? Try a manual tune to store the BBC channels. When you use the menu button to re-tune the tv, Instead of choosing the auto tune option look for Manual Tune and type in frequency 45 for Hannington and press search. If that doesn't work go thro the process again but put in 53 for Oxford

Stephen Sharp- Where are you? which transmitter are you using?
You need to do a manual signal check on the channels to make sure they are coming from the correct transmitter.
Also have a look if there are any channels stored in the ch800's incase your equipment has doubled up

Pete- Do you have a booster of some sort fitted? I've known failing boosters to let BBC channels thro (strongest) and lose PickTV (weakest), Also have you done a signal test using "Manual Tune" on your TV ?

Dave Martin- Do you have a working Aerial Point in your house? Has the Bush been working before? Why did it stop? Where are you (postcode)?

Tim- I have no interest, nor do I ever watch Eastenders, Coronation Street, Emerdale, Home and Away or Hollyoaks ! (may have missed a few) Do I have a claim? I suppose we could sell our TV's an not purchase a licence?

Briantist- Does this mean that all/some Sky boxes using RF68 (most common) will have picture interference on them ? or 4G phones using Vodafone or O2 will fail to work properly ? Or Both ?
