Vintage TV is transmitted on an HD channel using DVB-T2 encoding. It is available from Sandy Heath and Tacolnston transmitters, though the 'digitaluk trade' link shows that both could be somewhat variable at your location.
You need a TV set capable of receiving Freeview HD to get it. Can you get BBC1 HD on channel 101? If not, then your TV set is not equipped with a DVB-T2 tuner which needed to view Vintage TV and other HD channels.

DAB radio has been shown by the experience of many to not be any better for reception than FM radio, worse in some cases. Radios in cars tend to have aerials that are less sensitive that any you may install at home and as the car is a moving object (at least it generally is when the radio is being used) the reception of digitally encoded signals can suffer from 'drop outs' due to effect of movement and variable signal strength/quality. This is less of a problem with analogue FM radio.
Many of the radio stations available on DAB are transmitted in mono rather than stereo, so that more radio services can be provided. Probably of little importance for voice programmes but some regard it as important to have stereo for music.

Please provide a full post code so that we contributors can examine the reception conditions where you live.
Retuning when you lose a channel is not going to help but may cause other channels to be lost as well.
Please tell us the signal strengths of the BBC channels you are losing.
If your laptop computer causes loss of all channels then you have a problem with it. The WiFi should not affect TV reception.

Com7 and Com8 are transmitted using the DVB-T2 encoding system and that requires a TV set or STB to have a T2 tuner incorporated. Any equipment that does not have a T2 tuner will not receive these transmissions. If your equipment is not of the Freeview HD type, having a T2 tuner built-in, it will not show Com7 or Com8. If you tell us your full post code, to check reception conditions, and the make and model of your TV set (or STB) we can check whether it has a T2 tuner.
Your Freesat problem is usually due to the dish being either too small (the 'standard' 35cm one fitted by Sky is not very good at all anywhere other than Kent!) or it has moved slightly and needs repositioning or there are tall trees growing in front of it and partially blocking the signals. There is also the chance that water has crept into the downleads. So check that the dish has not moved (even a slight mis-alignment can cause the problem) and that there are no tall trees directly in front of it. Also check the condition of the cables and their connections. If your dish is the small oval type fitted by Sky's contractors then consider having it changed to a bigger one that receives the satellite signals more strongly. A 55cm dish should be better where you live providing it is correctly aimed at the satellites above East Africa. (I use a 60cm dish in West Wiltshire and don't get rain effects.)

You say you have two dishes. Have you got planning permission to have two fitted? See Planning Permission: Houses and buildings up to 15 metres high | Satellite,TV and radio antenna | Planning Portal for details. If you already have an aerial and a single dish, you are required to obtain permission for a second dish.
If you do not have permission, you can resolve the problem by having a quad LNB fitted to the bigger dish, assuming that is aimed at the Astra satellites parked in geostationary orbit at 28.2 and 28.5 degrees East. That has four outputs so can feed two satellite PVRs at once. If you need morefeeds then an octal LNB would serve.
I concur with MikeB that you need a 'proper' aerial for your terrestrial reception. A good log-periodic is advised as that will cover all current and planned future channel usage. Never buy one that is too small, it is better to have a higher gain aerial and if that gives too much signal you can reduce it with an attenuator if needed

First thing to try is a complete reset by switching of at the mains supply for the box for at least 5 minutes. Then switch the mains on again and wait another 5 minutes to let the box restart properly. Then check it has all the channels wanted and available in your area. Then try setting it up to record and check whether it does.
If that doesn't resolve the problem, it needs to be replaced. It could be that the hard disk is failing. It is also known that the Bush PVRs have a poor reliability record.

Does your TV have a DVB-T2 tuner capable of receiving HD transmissions? If not, that is why Channel 32 is showing no signal.
If it does, then you need to check all the aerial cables and connections carefully.
