There are daily updates and responses posted on this website. The page yopu have piosted on does not have any postings since 2016 but that only means no one has wanted to post on this page. There are hundreds of other pages in daily use.
Some of the information is not entirely up to date but that is only because the owner has not had the time or opportunity to update all the data. So the site IS maintained contrary to your inaccurate statement.
Plus there are several of us contributors who offer our considered advice daily.

Further to that said by StevensOnln1, if you previously used Sky but not SkyQ you can re-use the dish and LNB. The equipment used for SkyQ differs and the LNB is not suitable for use with any other satellite equipment.

There are no engineering works listed at Pontop Pike. That transmitter serves many thousands of homes and if there ws a problem a large number would have complained, but they have not. So the problem must be with your aerial system. Please check carefully that all the cables are in good condition and that all the coaxial plugs/sockets are fitted correctly. Unplug all of those connections and refit them as corrosion/oxidation on the plug/socket contacts cam give the problem you report.

Please provide a full post code so we can look up which of over 1100 transmitters you are using.

UKfree,tv is not a broadcaster so it does not 'have' any programmes. The local transmitter may or may not broadcast the Pick TV services but as you have not given a full post code we cannot look it up.
The Dawlish Freeview Light Transmitter does not appear to provide any channels other than the 3 PSB multiplexes.

Please check all your aerial cables and connections. Unplug all the coaxial connections and refit them to clear any corrosion/oxidation from the contacts as that is a common cause of that type of problem.

Firstly please provide a full post code, a partial does not help at all.
Secondly, please check all your aerial caqbles and connections, unplugging any coaxial plugs/sockets and refitting. That will clear any corrosion/oxidation from the contacts which ia=s a common cause of the problems you report.

Nothing is being tranmitted on channels 32 or 34!
The channels currently in use are: 50 (BBCA), 59 (D3&4), 54 (BBCB HD), 58 (SDN), 49 (ARQA), 37 (ARQB), 55 (COM7) and 31 (COM8).
You should be using a wideband aerial (or a log-periodic) as there channels outside of the 'normal' groupings and there will be changes later this year or next year that will require a wideband aerial be used.

Further to that said by StevensOnln1, you would have to seek the permission of the property owner to mount a second aerial on the roof, even if it is on a different part of the property. If you do get that permission, you would do best to use a wideband aerial or a log-periodic as the current set of channels used are in Group C/D but next year (2020) they are due to change to be in the Group A range. A wideband type aerial will receive all so obviates the need for another change of aerial.
