1) Children should not have TVs in their bedrooms.

2) Tell Sky to return and make it work at least as well as it did before they called

3) You will have been provided with Instructional Manuals. Tell son to read them and sort it out. Say "RTFM" It will amuse him.

4) As a slightly perhaps bettter answer; either

a)the new boxes do not provide the functionality you seek, or
b)something needs switchiong on - try the "Services" menu, or

Surely teenage son should be a whizz at this stuff, leaving mum to wiggle decouously?

DW do the channels that don't work without the amp work with the amp?

Where in your wiring is the amp?

Does it have adjustable gain?

If dunno, quote model number for the experts here.

Nicky - you are very charitable.

It was surely the job of Sky to provide what you needed in the first place?

Ann - you HAVE retuned?

You powered splitter may be too powerful. Try without it - or adjust the amplification (gain) if you can.

Here's the Oxford page.

... UK digital TV reception predictor

Which transmitter are you pointing at?

The Digital UK Tradeview seems to have proble m with your address - so perhaps you have a local issue.

Modifications made to aerial group markings

So - "A lighter shade of pale" ?

Can you add something to explain why an ae directed (I think) at Winter Hill NNE gets 27 but neither 24 nor 31 from the Wrekin?

(not a serious question! - I assume it's just that at the angle some elements are suitably spaced.

MD - Thanks. Is it all over now?

I have gone satellite on the two main tvs so it is only the rarely used bedroom set that is on Freesat - with the wrong ae!
