Richard Cooper: Hi Richard, at all times I'm receiving the national stations from 12B, when I posted Armagh was broadcasting the local stations the transmitter was giving me 10 extra (commercial) stations, they only stayed on air for 3/4 days before being switched off again... (I'm right beside transmitter so signal strength won't be a problem)... I do know the area I live a lot were complaining of their TV service being interrupted while the extra radio stations were broadcasting

Richard Cooper: it's Arqiva who will be looking after the Armagh transmitter & head of a local station has advised it will be live by Autumn at latest... Some of the extra stations that came on during the 2 recent test periods were: Cool FM, Downtown, Downtown Country, BBC Radio Ulster, Absolute Radio 90's, Kiss & Q radio
