My elderly Mum hasn't had any freeview tv all day, she has tried to rescan and gets the message on the tv "no programmes saved", she also has freeview tv in her back room and that isn't picking up either and says "no signal". She also didn't have freeview last week on 7th September and it didn't come back on until 6pm, so she was hoping that her tv would come back in the evening today as well but it hasn't and as she is pretty much housebound she relies on her tv for company. Her post code is NN4 8LW, she has a digitalaerial on the roof and normally can receive most channels ok, can you tell me if there is a problem with the transmitter and if there is anyone she contact for help with this?
