Travel Channel and Film4+1 comes to Freeview, Film4 to Freeview

I keep losing
Film4
. I have to "add new
channels
" to get it back, but next day it has gone again. The box is a Sony RDR-HXD970. I have tried the advice above; unplug the arial, factory reset; no joy. Can anyone
help
