Hi
I live at BS15 and I cant get any of the channels in MUX48 at all. Ive retuned umpteen times manually and automatically. Ive rang the digital switchover people and have been told that i "should just keep trying as it make take 2 weeks before I can get them as work may still be on going" - is this correct?

Thanks for that - already tried the full reset/retune without the aerial plugged in. Guess will have to try getting a attenuator. I live in a block of flats with communal aerial so I dont know if there is a booster/amplifier fitted. When you go to MUX 48 the Signal shows as Nil and the Strength shows as Nil as well.

reset and returned and no channels on mux 48
disconnected aerial and turned off box
reset
tried manual retrune and still noc hannels on the mux 48
help please!
