I have read and reread the articles re tuning and I want to do a manual tune. However my set asks for a frequency rather than a channel number. Where do i find a listing that cross references channels to frequncies?

Hi,
I suspect that I am being a Muppet but where do I find the frequency for a particular freeview channel??
I want to do a manual tune for, say, film 4. I can see that film 4 is mux ARQB but try as I might I can not ascertain the actual frequncy.
Any help greatly appreciated
