Michael Perry: if every thing was ok then your bbc would be working have you had your aerial checked by a professional, could you be experiencing interference from another out of area transmitter some signals can carry very very long distances I received rte in sklmersdale, if it is another transmitter try a log aerial this has a narrow acceptance angle. Judging on how long you have been working you are over 75 so don't try going on your roof unless you are ok.

Can I just throw this out to all the aerial riggers out there what do you charge to go to a customers house and do a retune mine is my call out charge £20 ( I think this is fair but I still have people moaning) so far I have 25 customers booked in for the 10th will take out more hope to be very very busy.

Aerialman: the amount of tv's doesn't make that much of a difference to me as I start one tuning in I then go to the next tv as that one in tuning in and so far all my retunes are in a 2 1/2 mile radius not too bad.

Cathy and Ray Renfrey: sorry I don't go that far i only work in liverpool southport and west Lancashire sorry. so far today I have retuned 30 tv's with only minor problems so if anybody is having problems call there local aerial man.

One for everyone out there I went to a house today and he had two bang and olufsen dvb tv's no way to tune them in does anybody know how to tune in these tv's

Ken: there is no problem at winter hill so far I have tuned in 60 tv's with only 1 problem if you want someone to come out and look at it please call us we cover southport just call 01695558169 many thanks

Michael Perry: do you have a wideband aerial or a grouped cd aerial. If the latter 49 is at the end of the normal acceptance of the aerial, if the aerial is good and reception fine there will be no problem but if the signal is medium to poor or you have damage to the coax this could make 49 not work.
