My neighbour in NORTH MACCLESFIELD who has not replaced his old aerial since moving in in 1991 now tells me he is getting a perfect signal on Film 4 & ITV4 from WINTER HILL. Prior to Thursday 22nd Sep his picture kept breaking up.
I told him this was due to the ARQ B power increase.

Brian
Has the power of the Film 4 Multiplex from WINTER HILL (Arqiva B I think) now been increased to that of the other main Winter Hill MULTIPLEXES as predicted ?
