You are only 17km away and are predicted to have good reception. If your neighbour is also being affected then (assuming you aren't sharing an aerial) it seems likely that you're suffering from electrical interference.

Gordon Noble: There are no faults showing. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Do not attempt to retune.

Jane: Are ITV and Channel 4 working? If they are, unplug the aerial and do a full auto tune to delete all of your channels (make a note of any planned recordings first) then reconnect the aerial and do another auto tune again which should restore ITV3 and any other missing channels.

Alan Mapp: Those channels are carried on the COM7 & COM8 multiplexes which are temporary services available from 30 main transmitters covering around 70% of UK households and are expected to close by 2022. If you want to receive those channels without subscribing to Sky or cable you should look at getting Freesat.

Terry Reed: The Redruth transmitter does not carry the COM8 multiplex and it most likely never will. COM7 & COM8 are temporary services available from 30 main transmitters covering around 70% of UK households and are expected to close by 2022.

Robert Rawson: The decision to remove Vintage TV from Freeview was taken by the broadcaster. The channel has also disappeared from satellite, although it has been announced that it is to return to Sky soon. There is speculation that Vintage TV may be having financial difficulties.

Paul Cooper: According to the post above yours Bluebell Hill was off air for around 40 minutes yesterday evening. Did you attempt to retune during that time? If so you may have wiped out your channel list. If not, have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Lucie: The Vault does not belong to Sky, it is independently owned. It is a free to air (FTA) channels which can be picked up with any satellite receiver and does not require a Sky subscription.

David Lane: Quest is on logical channel number (LCN) 37 which can be found on the COM4 multiplex (UHF channel 30 for manual tuning).
