Jean Clements: Please provide a postcode so we can see which Freeview transmitters are available at your location. Reception of channels via Freesat requires a satellite dish and isn't related to channels broadcast from ground based transmitters.

Nigel K: If you're trying to report a transmitter fault you should contact the broadcaster as they're unlikely to be reading this website.

Mr Hibbs: Please describe the problems you're having. Are channels breaking up? Are you loosing them completely? Does it only affect some channels and not others? Have you checked all the cables and connections behind the TV to make sure nothing is loose or damaged?

Colin Davies: Jazz FM is broadcast in the DAB+ standard on the SDL National multiplex on frequency block 11A (216.928MHz). Is the Roberts WM-202 able to receive any other stations on this multiplex such as Talk Radio or Planet Rock? If not, try the full scan option in the menu as 11A is outside the UK's original DAB allocation and isn't scanned by default on some radios.

David Butcher & Anji: According to an update posted yesterday at the link below, it seems that Oldies has been been replaced by Juice Brighton on the Susses local DAB mux, with no suggesting of it being either temporary or due to a fault somewhere.

DC: The Cambridge local multiplex which contains the services you listed is broadcast from the Madingley transmitter in Cambridge which used to broadcast Channel 5 analogue and is able to be received by the majority of aerials in Cambridge which are pointed at Sandy Heath.

Beverley : Please provide a postcode so we can see your actual location and predicted coverage.

DC: You are correct, you certainly won't be picking up Madingley in Milton Keynes. The data for the Cambridge local mux is broadcast on Sandy Heath's multiplexes so that receivers which do pick it up know what to do with its channels.

michael: Are you using an internet service to watch Quest on your laptop? If so, ask them why you have lost access to it. If you're using a Freeview tuner please provide a postcode so we can see which transmitter you're using and let us know if you're using an indoor aerial or if your laptop is connected to an aerial on the roof (or in the loft).
