nick: Al Jazeera is on Freesat channel 203 and TRT World is on 215. Many channels are now only receivable on a HD box/receiver due to most transponders switching to DVB-S2 modulation, so if you're using an old SD box you will find lots of channels are missing.

nick: Al Jazeera and TRT World both changed transponder around the end of August, so it sounds like your box hasn't picked up the change correctly. Have you tried powering the box off at the mains for a few minutes, then turning it back on? If that doesn't work, check the menu for an option to rescan for channels.

Chris.SE: I've been using TV Guide | Freesat as an up to date reference for Freesat channel numbers. Sky appear to have removed their online TV Guide from their website so that can no longer be used to check channel numbers.

nick: As me and Chris have both said, Al Jazeera is on Freesat channel 203 and TRT World is on 215. Both channels changed transponder at the end of August but the channel numbers have not changed. Did you follow my suggesting of powering your box off at the mains for a few minutes or looking for a channel scan option in the menu?

Lorna: Unfortunately Arqiva (the company who operate the transmitters) don't give any details of what sort of engineering work is taking place or how long it is expected to last.

David Graham: The transmitter was showing as off air due to a fault on the 3rd and 4th of October, so it may be related to whatever caused that fault. Unfortunately, Arqiva (the company who operate the transmitters) don't generally publish details of what work they are carrying out or how long it is expected to take.

Luodovic DELANNOY: Those channels are all carried on the PSB2 multiplex, which is broadcast on UHF channel 46 from Sutton Coldfield. C49 to C62 is now part of the mobile band used for 4G/5G, Freeview only goes up to C48 since the completion of the 700MHz clearance.

David Young: According to the channel list on Freely's website (see link below) Quest and Really are not currently available to stream as part of Freely. Do you have your TV connected to an aerial and have you scanned for Freeview channels, or is the TV only connected to the internet?

Dot Tait: Great! Romance Mix is on Freeview channel 62, however as you mentioned LCN 52 has turned into Great! Christmas and will presumably remain so until the end of the year.
