Below are all of John Nutt's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Since my earlier post I have checked again and it seems we have lost all of the channel 28 stations since retuning our Grundig Freeview box - I have just followed instructions given on this site by clearing all settings and doing a complete new 1st time installation, and again channel 28 stations are missing (Film 4 etc). I have just also tried a manual scan for channel 28 and nothing shows up. I live in NW3. Our flat uses a house-shared roof-top aerial by the way. As mentioned in earlier post our spare tv with a set-top plug-in indoor aerial and built-in Freeview receiver has all channels working fine since retuning on 18th April. Any ideas to resolve this please?

Thanks Dave Lindsay - I've tweeted you directly but my Grundig Box is GUSTB160IV - by the way I've tried clearing all channels and repeating 1st time install but still no luck!
All the channel 28 stations are missing and nothing comes up either when doing a manual search.
Thanks for you offer to help!

Dave Lindsay: Thanks for your very helpful reply. It seems we might need a new box and perhaps time to purchase an HD one - unless anyone else can suggest a fix? I know our box was manufactured in 2006. Meanwhile I will check firmware as you have suggested. Many thanks!

I live in NW3 and have also lost Film 4 since retuning on 18th April using a Grundig box - our other TV with a built in Freeview receiver does receive Film 4 ok since retuning. Have tried 1st time installation twice and a manual re-tune all to no avail - This is really frustrating! Can anyone help?
