Hi there, I'm having signal dropout problems on BBC Four HD which I understand is broadcast on Com7. My postcode is L16 0JL. My receiver shows the signal strength and quality are both 10 out of 10 but I frequently find when viewing tthat a black screen momentarily appears with the message 'no signal' for a couple of seconds at a time. I have changed all my cabling and installed a wideband aerial in the loft but it still hasn't solved the problem, I wonder if you have any advice? I was hoping to avoid a full roof installation due to the size of the aerial but is this the only solution likely to work? I have already tried a signal booster but it made no difference. It's just strange how a signal which is so good in terms of strength and quality can have these complete dropouts. It is only happening on the com7 channels.
