Newport Bay (Pembrokeshire, Wales) Freeview Light transmitter

We have recently moved to Newport and are disappointed to find that
channels
such as
Film4
,
E4
,
ITV4
seem not to be not available via BTVisionfrom this tramnsmitter whereas they were in Herefordshire.Or maybe we haven't got things set up properly?
