If this isn't your model, then perhaps the procedure is the same or similar.
To add the missing channels go to Menu > Settings > Installation > Manual Search. Where it says "Channel" you need to enter 47 for BBC channels from Emley. Then press "Search" and then "Save". Do the same again, but this time input 44 for ITV/C4/C5.

Andy G: Do you live in flats with a communial aerial? Do you know if there have been anyone working? Have there been power issues such as lights being out in the stairways?

Dale: I think that local media is the way to go WRT raising awareness. You could always brief local newspapers once the BBC piece has gone ahead as they might be more interested.

Andy G: The fact that you lost analogue as well suggests to me that there was something amiss with the aerial system.
There will be a powered signal amplifier/booster which has an output for each flat. Perhaps this has failed or the power has been lost to it. This is why I asked about loss of stairway lights etc because they could be supplied from the same source.
It might be worth asking your neighbours if they've lost their TV as well.

Eric Jowitt: The problem is that your receiver has decided to tune to the Belmont transmitter instead of Emley Moor. See:

Simple and most generic answer I can give is to run the auto tune without the aerial plugged in. It will find nothing. Then run it again with the aerial unplugged and when it gets to 25% plug in the aerial.
This will have the aerial unplugged when it's scanning the frequencies used by Belmont and plugged in for this from Emley.

Dale: I believe that the lady's name is Megan Lewis and she is "Assistant Regional Manager".
The Regional Manager for Anglia is Peter Monteith:

Ben Denise: You cannot stop paying your TV Licence if you cannot receive a terrestrial signal. The Licence doesn't guarantee availability of broadcasts in any or particular modes.
