Thanks for that Dave, that is understandble, I may try a group A Log Periodic Aerial up with my amateur radio vhf/uhf yagi after the switchover for Fenham.

Hi, can you plaese tell me will Newton always only be transmiting freeview light or is there plans to transmit the full freeview at a later date? only asking as we live in Hexham East with steep hill rises both North and South, Pontop pike is out of reach and Fenham was only possible with antenna on a 12ft mast on the roof but it was very weak and patchy then wind bent the heavy duty mast!
