I had TV issues so did a rescan and found ITV channels aren't recieved. A message comes on screen saying not broadcasting. They were there about 3 weeks ago though. I'm in NN5 area

When DSO phase one happens on March 30th will the BBC Freeview channels be turned up to full power, or will we have to wait until the April phase 2 date to see the full power turned up?
