Have brought a Booster and Fly Lead to try and resolve low volume or none issue - still did not fix it ? Please can you help by telling me what has gone wrong?

No Fault reported with Waltham Mast but issues with poor picture & Sound today it has happened before , and retune does not help get on ITV Yorshire TV in Spalding ? when before Central - please any ideas.
