Tracey Edmunds: Sorry Tracey, but you are confusing two completely separate TV Channels in two different countries there.
Starz is a music channel broadcast on satellite TV (both Sky and Freesat) in the UK, it is owned by Chart Show Channels who own a number of the music channels on UK satellite TV.
The channel broadcasting the TV series Outlander is Liberty Starz. A US subscription only cable TV channel that is not available outside the USA.
As far as I am aware Outlander is NOT being broadcast on any UK TV channel because Amazon have bought exclusive rights to the series. The only way to watch it in the UK is via the Amazon Prime Instant download service. You can sign up for a 30 day free trial to that service but then have to pay to use it.

Bob Langley: Bob you are out of range and in completely the wrong direction to receive Big Centre TV I'm afraid. Although it is transmitting from the Sutton Coldfield transmitter it is (like all of the local TV stations) broadcasting a directional signal - in this case towards Birmingham. It is also broadcast on a pretty low strength signal (10,000 watts whereas a lot of the other Multiplexs that carry the TV channels are at 200,000 watts).
