Did you do a "first time installation" at switchover?
Have you tried My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice ?

jane clamp: Yes, as per "18 May and 19 May 2011: Engineering transmitter work will take place between 00:01 to 06:00 on 18 May and 19 May 2011. TV services that will be disrupted: Analogue services - BBC1, BBC2 and ITV will be subject to periods of shutdown between 00:01 and 06:00 Digital services Mux A, Mux 2 and Mux C will be subject to service interruptions between 00:01 and 06:00"

kevin moseley: Trying tautology won't work. The commercial multiplex operators are not expected in law to provide a universal service by definition.

daniel badman: No, the checker is correct, your service from the Hastings transmitter will degrade from "Good reception" to "Variable reception" over the next couple of years.

Dermot: From what I understand there are no additional DAB transmitters for Northern Ireland in 2011.
