The most likley explanation is either your receiver is on the "doesn't work" list - see TVs and boxes that do not support the 8k-mode | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice or you now have too much signal. If you have any boosters or amplifiers, remove them from your system.

Nik Brown: No, there are no transmission problems, but you might expect such problems with an indoor aerial. Reliable Freeview reception requires a rooftop aerial.

PeterAW: Please can you provide a postcode. Have you tried My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice ?

Nick: Like I said, the signal strength does not matter, ONLY the signal quality is required for digital reception.

Angela Mathers: Can you borrow a Freeview box, so you can work out if the problem is the signal (borrowed box does not work) or your box (borrowed box works fine)?
