Rowena: you may wish to consider that the problem is not the people who make the programmes!

Quite a few people experience a form of mild hearing loss which makes it harder and harder to distinguish voice from other sounds.

This could be a temporary form, which your doctor can fix.

However if the problem is chronic then you may find that using a graphic equaliser on the TV sound can help boost the sound in speech and cut those used for music.

Because hearing loss is a gradual process people are often unaware that it has happened.

BT customers with the Sky Digital Satellite Platform
Just add BT Sport to the Sky Digital Satellite Platform for FREE.
This will start a new 12-month contract of your current BT Broadband package.
You will need your BT account number to place the order. Find this on your latest bill or by logging in to My BT.
Youll also need your Sky viewing card number. Please don't remove the card from your box while ordering as this will stop us being able to activate BT Sport.

Once BT Sport channels launch on 1st August, you'll automatically have access to both the app and online player. Simply download the app from your app store or visit btsport.com to watch online."
