Alan: It didn't matter if it was profitable or not (and it was). Sky bought the channel to close it down, so more people would subscribe to Sky directly.

northlanarkshire: You are using a public service transmitter. The commercial multiplex operators do not wish to transmit from a relay transmitter.
You may be able to use a main full-service Freeview transmitter, but I can't say without your full postcode.

john bayliss: It has nothing AT ALL to do with being digital, the transmitter had a serious fault. It would have been exactly the same with analogue.
