Wolves Steve: I suggest you read what I have written, rather extensively on the subject over the last ten to fifteen years.
Also, I suggest you read up a little about the history of BSkyB and understand a little more about the difference between voting- and non-voting- shareholdings.

AlisonJane: If you want reliable Freeview reception, you need to move the aerial from the loft to the roof.
If you do this you will not need to use the booster - boosters are terrible for Freeview reception, you may find removing it improves your reception.
