Donald Campbell: I would suppose that something has failed, it could be the receiver (but unlikey as you say it effects two devices) or you have a fault in a component of your aerial system.
The transmitter is operating normally.

Jordy: My running assumption is that FM will be used for analogue services, as it will be quite hard for "community" services to run up a DAB multiplex, even in the "old FM" band.
It will be more-or-less a legalisation of "pirate radio", in that sense.
