Yes, you might want to change the RF channel - see the box at the top right for a list of "free RF" channels to use.

Jan: That usually happens when you create a "SCART loop". You only need to connect a SCART from the Sky box's SCART socket marked "TV" to the TV and the SCART marked "VCR" to the DVD player.
If you also connect the DVD to the TV, you will see the problem you have.

4d: It could just be a sensitivity threshold problem - which will go away on 30th March as your signals will be much stronger then.

Brian Flanagan: You don't see any options, just press the buttons as described. It is SELECT-0-0-1 on HD boxes.

Mike Sugar: No, you need a Sky subscription to record/pause/play on a Sky+ or Sky+HD box.
You can get Freesat+HD boxes for quite reasonable prices, and no subscription or card is required.
