Rob Parkes: Your existing aerial, if it is pointing at Brierley Hill should provide all the Freeview services now and after switchover.

Strathearn: It is an internet connection. What else do you call a TCP/IP connection?
It's got an IP address and everything. If you attach to the back of the box you can do all the usual TCP/IP things.
Do you think it's "magic" or something?
I've only been an networking expert for what .. a couple of decades. You'd think I would know by now.

Adrian Longwood: It depends on what has happened. You are unlikely to give yourself a mains shock, unless there is water in there too.

Adrian: UHF IN should connect to the aerial.
I presume you have several outputs on the box.
Has the box been bypassed?

Strathearn: I think you will find that there is an internet connection to the back of the cable box.
