I can't see any MP being impressed with comments about known transmitter problems. What a waste of public resources.

Steve: There is no mystery at all.
The Freesat (and Sky, just by their database) postcodes set up the regions that match the analogue transmitter network, so you get region an analogue aerial would have got before switchover.
Many homes in Nottingham were primarily served by Sutton Coldfield.

Josh: I'm not able to predict the outcome of contract negotiations that may or may not take place in some years time, in particular as there is supposed to be another UK beam on an upcoming Astra 2 launch.
