Ian: Not really, you should be getting the C31 signal, either you can do something to unblock the signal locally, as per Single frequency interference | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice or you can wait. No-one else other than you is responsible for the reception part of the system.

Jack: The higher power signals will probably hold better against induction interference from 2 stroke engines, but better aerial positioning can also deal with this, as well as using satellite-grade coaxial cable to connect to the aerial.
Yes, you will probably have to wait for 14th September.
