Edwina Waters: You have enabled "audio description". Go into the set-up menu, and select Audio and turn it back to "English" (rather than "Audio Described").
Depending on the remote, there could be a button you can press there.

David S.H.: You should already have a good signal for Multiplex D, but only if you installed a wideband aerial.
If you didn't, then yes, you will have to wait another two weeks.

Doug Balmer: Yes, I think that Panasonic are the only box makers that provide that particular configuration.

Chris: If everything has failed then either your aerial has failed, or perhaps you have a powered booster/splitter somewhere that has blown a fuse.
