mark: It is a bit hard to be specific without a full postcode. Did you do a "first time installation" as directed?

Lucy: You will only get the "Freeview Light" service from the Clyro transmitter, if you are starting from scratch, you would be better off getting Freesat - see Compare Freeview Light and Freesat TV | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .
