E Barron: If you are using the Emley Moor transmitter, you might expect this to happen with multiplex A until switchover.

Ryan Harrison: No, it doesn't mean you need a wideband aerial, as all the multiplexes are out-of-group then you wouldn't see any of them.
You also won't get Freeview HD until switchover.
But on Wednesday 30th March 2011 the signals will improve considerably.
I would ask "the agency" to provide you with details of the company that manages the communal aerial system.

David Spencer: Follow the instructions on the linked page, but pull the aerial out of the TV, not the box (as you don't have one).
