LEE: The TV Licence pays for BBC services only, and all transmitters provide all BBC television and radio channels.

Mark: If you have a communal aerial system, then it quite possible that it contains an separate amplifier for each frequency used, and as C55 was not used before switchover then there will be no amplifier tuned to it.
Whoever manages the system should be able to get the equipment recalibrated to match the new broadcast parameters.
