MJ Ray: If you have a communal system, the most likely problem is that it requires post-switchover reconfiguration to correctly amplify services on the new frequencies.
This would be the case if it's C53° ArqA that is missing.
If this is the case, contact the management company.

Dave Lindsay: To be fair, look at any Freeview promotional material and it clearly says "All channels are subject to coverage and may be changed from time to time. Aerial upgrade may be required."
