GerryCW: The transmission strength of the signals is shown at the top of the page, and Radios 1, 2, 3 and 4 are at the same , with BBC Sussex and Heart being more and Classic FM slightly less.

Looking at the situation the current weather conditions are not part of the usual patterns we see - and the pressure system is also an outlier in terms of being rather static.

It's not the pressure in the Hove or even the UK that matters, but in the path between the over-the-radio-horizon foreign and your location.

Trevor Harris: The sources for the survey information is shown in the documentation and it clearly statistically significant and by reputable polling organisations.

Public consultations like those held by are not statistically significant because they are susceptible to "capture" by interested parties.

Mark Fletcher: I expect that BBC TWO will close at the break to BBC News at 0050, as this has been the usual timing at most other transmitters.

Given that the has been already tested in the final digital configuration 21st November 2011, there isn't actually much work to do on the main transmitter tonight.

The BBCA is usually up and running very soon, but the service isn't guaranteed to work until 6am to allow for testing and fixing.
