Not the wrong type of weather excuse ....please. Leave that one for the rail companies. Usually bad weather is blamed but that's a new one - too much good weather!!
Bet it's some technical reason that will never be admitted. By the way it's easier to get blood out of a stone than get any useful information about the status of TV service in your area.

Here in Tunbridge Wells there were no freeview channels from Crystal Palace at all yesterday evening. Re-scanning picked up no London frequencies. Some still missing this morning.
