Hi. Is there any indication when the Winter Hilltransmitterengineering will be finished? My HD channels (on PSB3 BBCB - C54 - 737.8MHz) seem to be the only ones suffering. The signal strength and quality bars on the TV's tuning menu for that frequency are going up and down like a yo yo most of the day!
