Hi. Is there any indication when the will be finished? My HD (on PSB3 BBCB - - 737.8MHz) seem to be the only ones suffering. The strength and bars on the TV's tuning menu for that are going up and down like a yo yo most of the day!

I live in - post code CW12 1SA.

hi,we had an engineer out to te tune the tv as wecouldn't get some 'he got us several more than we had but we still can't get any BBC or ITV channels.we live in flats with a communal ariel and neighbours without have the same problem.the postcode is BL2 2HW in Bolton.the Council don't deal with it it's a company called Avonline but they tell us to wait till all the changeover work has stopped....very frustrating and feel like we're being fobbed off

sylvia stec: The work lasted a few hours, and was completed in the early hours of April 10th, so yes they are fobbing you off. Also, only BBC and like Dave/Sky News changed their frequencies.

Phil C Chester: jb38 for lack of communication due to severe dose of the lurgy followed by sciatica. Further apologies for in effect wasting your time. During my period of enforced inaction I gave serious thought to the matter and decided to call in the local man. He sorted it in minutes. Not realising the significance of it, I failed to tell you that I have two aerials on a common down lead and in the box where they join together there is a filter unit. This it appears was reducing the for 50. I don't know why but no doubt you will. Many thanks for your efforts.

I have a modern TV which provides high definition on BBC's 1 & 2, ITV and . It's only just recently that when looking in the newspapers' TV page I find that certain programmes on Channel 5 are indicated as 'HD'. It appears that my new TV in not capable of 'pulling in' this further HD channel. Or is it something I'm doing wrong? Suggestions would be most welcome.

Hi, I live in and just recently itv channel and are now really bad in my humax box.. All other are fine and I notice that other people are experiencing this issue.. What is the fix? Please advise or do we just have to wait for the signal strengths to be boosted.

I am receiving ITV programmes from Welsh TV. I do not appear to have on my TV and cannot run the installation programme on my TV.

J palliser: A post code or one from nearby is really required for queries of this nature as proper checking cannot be done without it, however no works are taking place at the nor have any fault conditions been reported and so there are no obvious reasons for your problem.

It would have been of assistance to know the result of any carried out whilst on the ITV , but though this can be checked out by going into the boxes tuning menu / manual tune and entering Ch59 (ITV) into the box but do NOT follow this by pressing search, but just make a note of the signals strength and .

Just out of curiosity I would like you to carry out another type of test (only applicable to Humax boxes) that detects the presence of a strong RF signal on an adjacent channel irrespective of from what source, this done as before by using the manual tuning facility but this time entering Ch60 into the box and see if the "strength" bar indicates anything, if not try Ch61 and then Ch62, giving on results.

By the way is your ITV3 OK?

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
