Hi I get a lot of interference to the free view signal. It is worse at times than others. I use emley moor and live in Bramham. Ls236rg

I am having great difficulty getting Forces TV ch 96 on freeview from winter Hill Bolton
I sometimes get it then other times not at this moment I cant get it any soloution?

Without a full postcode we can't look at your predicted reception. Forces TV is transmitted on the temporary COM7 multiplex which is transmitted as an SFN on UHF C55 at lower power than the main multiplexes.
Also, if you have an old Group A aerial you will have more difficulty getting C55. Unless your aerial and downlead need replacing for other reasons (seriously deteriorated) it may not be worth the expense of changing it for a Group T/Wideband aerial unless you are doing it yourself, as COM7 will be closed by end of June 2022.
There's not been any plans made public about what may happen to channels currently on COM7.
