IBC Tamil
IBC Tamil is a public digital radio station radio. UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).IBC Tamil multiplexes

Hi, Greetings! My favorite radio Is broadcasted from France. The name of the radio is TRT Tamil olli.It is broadcasted
by satellite ( Hot bird frequency 11623 polarity V 13 degree east), and also in the internet radios. I am very much
interested in receiving this radio in DAB radio. Please advice me how can I listen this radio by DAB. Or, to whom

Rudi :
As far as I can make out they may possibly have been on the London III multiplex in the very early days, but certainly aren't now. They appear to only be licenced to broadcast on Cable and Satellite but are also available to listen to online using some online players.
See IBC Tamil Radio - Listen to Tamil Music Online UK | Live Tamil FM London for information by them.
Online eg.
