Robert Baird : Please see my comment above at 1:38 PM yesterday. There is a power outage in the area of the transmitter, to the west of the A82. In answer to your question, there is a link in the aforementioned comment to the electricity company's website which carries an estimated restoration time for power to the area.

Pushed back until Monday is a joke. Stuck indoor with bad weather and no telly 2025 and it days to fix. Oh and btw I'm not asking anyone here to sort it more keyboard warriors than electricians

Anni: I'd expect Scottish Power to prioritise restoring services to homes and businesses with no power first. A TV transmitter is hardly an essential service.

According to Jimmy on the Freeview transmitter page (this being the DAB one), quote from SP -
"Our electricity network has sustained damage from Storm Eowyn, resulting in disruption to your supply. Power has been restored to some properties, however repairs continue for those that are still without power. We are aiming to have all power restored by 27/01/2025, 00:00. If you require any further help or support, please call us on 1 0 5. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
