hello, I am 77 n my Sky contract is finished end this month. I have little money to spare and would like your advice as to how to go about getting free ~TV please.

s.taylor: If you cancel your Sky subscription you will continue to receive all of the free channels through your Sky box, although you won't be able to record them. If you want to be able to record, the simplest thing would be to replace your Sky box with a Freesat box (from 189 for one that records - see link below) which will still give you most of the free channels and reuses your existing Sky dish and cabling (so no expensive installation costs).
