Summary: The debate about picture quality had met an impasse and we thought this might be a way to move it on and, for me at least, be a way of discussing quality as a whole and not just as a bit rate issue. It took some time to arrange the meeting, mainly due to the move of all the test equipment from its old home in Surrey to a building in London W12.
