Read this: Ariel - Capita keeps TV Licensing contract

Summary: The deal - which comes into force next July - consolidates two existing contracts held by Capita and iQor which provides business process outsourcing into one new arrangement. Estimated to be worth approximately 560m to Capita, the contract represents savings to the BBC of around 220m over the eight years of the agreement - savings that allow more money to be spent on programmes. 'Capita's bid was the best both in terms of innovation and efficiencies and so offered best value for money,' says Zarin Patel, chief financial officer. - bbc.co.uk
